We officially closed May 16, 2022.

Next steps were to Assess the Deed, and then get with the City to get our 911 Address, our required culvert specs, our fence permit, and our temp power pole permit.

Yes....yes, I did say City....but we bought acreage that fronts a County Road?....well as it turns out this field that we bought a portion of was lassoed and annexed into the City Limits a few years ago. So everything we do has to be to City Regulations. Being in the City Limits can be both good and bad; so we just shrugged it off and said Oh Well.

Josh and I took our road trip and then Sarah and I drove to my neices wedding in NC.

When I returned home, I got busy. So, first thing is first. We can't even drive onto the land until the culvert gets put down for the driveway. So we hired Jeston to install the culvert.....only there is currently a shortage of culvert pipes and it will be around a month before he can get his hands on one (this was towards the end of June)
